WINE HARVEST

AFTER MY CROSS COUNTRY JOURNEY, I RETURNED TO NEW YORK STATE’S FINGER LAKE REGION. THERE I PARTNERED WITH OSMOTE WINE’S HEAD WINEMAKER BEN RICCARDI FOR THE 2020 HARVEST.

OUR TWO MAN SHOW PROCESSED ALMOST 30 TONS OF FRUIT. WORKING 12 HOUR DAYS SEVEN DAYS A WEEK FOR TWO MONTHS. HARD LABORIOUS WORK GOES INTO EVEN THE MOST SMOOTH AND GENTLE WINES. I AM FOREVER GRATEFUL FOR THE OPPORTUNITY TO WORK ALONGSIDE SUCH A DEDICATED AND TALENTED WINEMAKER.
